Dead hanging to grow taller?

Ive been hanging from my pull up bar every night before bed for around a year now (9 atleast), supposedly it helps decompress your spine thus helping you grow taller. but its fucking bullshit dead hanging gave me nothing but a stiff back along with lower back pain, Biggest cope ever.
 
if ur dead hanging just at night dont expect anything tf? 😭

it does decompress ur spine but thats like morning height , u seem a bit taller for the moment but shrink down like half an inch after a couple of hours. could maybe help to get a better posture making it seem ure taller tho.

It actually does give u let's say "temporary height " by having a good posture but u still gotta stretch :feelskek: also growth plates/food u ate and ur genetics r the one that play a big role for height

how long at a time would you hang for?
also dead hang only stretches the upper body, thus you need to stretch your lower body as well unless you want an out of proportion torso.

Yeah massive fucking cope, I used to stretch every night before bed praying it would help me grow 😂
 
lowkey should make you taller if you do it like 2-3 hours a day because of wolfs law, bone adapt to the stress in a long period of time but it will give you more arm lenght than height
 
decompress after workout or heavy lifting apart from that not worth the hassle
