Dead site?

We used to have 500-600 members online, but ever since the server change max we have is 300 most of the time it's 200 or less, also the account deletion ruined the forum as in over 200 members have deleted their account, and 2 of my favorite users thehealingfields and Yuyevon deleted their account and I can no longer talk to them, also a lot of the OG users have stopped posting like Blackout and Personalityinkwell, but I guess that's the nature of these things, can this site ever get back to it's peak or is it all downhill from here
