when i deadlift on leg day my traps get tired and i feel tired for upper day,what the fuck should i do i love doing deadlift but it fucks my strenght 4 upper body days

I never do deadlifts & squats, ngl. I do many isolation exercises x bench-press, and I think they're more than enough.

Yeah i know they are better for hypertrophy and shit but i enjoy lifting heavy shit

I get my motivation from looking better day by day

I also like lifting heavy but I realized that this style of lifting makes me fatigued for quite a while after the gym so I figured it's not worth it. I also build more mass on higher reps

deadlift on leg day and just don’t work traps on pull day. deadlift for 5 or 8 reps
