Every gym i went to had those cringy fat wannabe powerlifters spending 4 hours to do 1 set, using 15 m² of space
Slamming the weight as loud as possible just to let everyone aware of their presence
Surrounded by a pack of sweating subhumans miring
I hope they get an hernia

Excessive muscle is a huge cope. You’ll only attract niche girls who are into it, which is a pretty reliable way to ascend if your subhuman, so it has its benefits, but having a lean physique with definition is ideal for 95% of women

deadlift is the best lift
it burns a ton of calories, helps posture, increases t because of the huge amount of stress and works a ton of muscle groups

ho this guys are definitely retards. but i just know personally so many strong guys that look really good as well so i have a stand against that thinking. they themselves know it's not ideal for gaining muscle mass but they like it. the worst kind is the ''no idiot it's the only way, you twink'' indeed. but i see those guys mostly in the internet.

No such thing as too much muscle natty unless you're short. Lean is ideal, the idea that too much muscle is bad comes from the bulk pigs you see walking around with beer bellies.

Being muscular is good for attraction but just being lean has almost the same effect on attraction but less for mogging.
It also matters where the muscle is. Big legs won't do much for anything but functionality but they need to look proportional to your upper body. Big biceps with small lats and delts just look bad.

To look good you need big lats and pecs, proportionally big arms, delts as big as possible which can never get even proportionally too big natty.
The goal for lifting for looks should be to get as wide of a bideltoid as possible and to create an illusion of an even wider bideltoid.
A non manlet natty lifter with average genetics will never get too big no matter what you try unless you get fat.

Being roided big is a turn off for many women but as you said you'll get niche muscle lover girls.

Na bro, that's a shitty exercise for gaining muscle. most pros don't even do deadlifts. why to do deadlifts when you can get 3 other exercises in with the same amount of time? volume matter the most. in fact you only burned out your CNS before you get into the real Hypertrophy exercises. you waste recovery time over an exercise without real muscle gain benefits. deadlifts are amazing for strength, i'm not against that and if you're not a twink that get injured real ez, do them. but mostly cope for gaining size and muscle.

Yeah deadlifts are very good for strength/functionality but not good if you're training just for looks.

You could still do them as an additional exercise but the program shouldn't be built around them.
