I told her about God and how God can help her and she got so upset. I try to defend myself by blaming my parents, saying they wanted me to say it to her and that was the truth. She was crying in my car. I should have never listened to my parents.

Then, she ghosts me for a few days and then I text her about it and she says shes still upset with what I said. Then, we text more and I try giving her advice on how to weaken her depression by telling her to stop eating junk food and to be more active. then, she started being mean to me and judging all my actions because I was tryna help and give her advice but then I felt like I was being clingy so I wanted to assert dominance and was texting meaner and she ended up breaking up with me.
