Dealing with family, friends and older pictures

So, for the sake of discussion, lets assume that you're gonna ascend via multiple surgeries plus proper care of your body. How do you make sure that your friends, family, and even your future gf, dont find out about the "before" pictures? I mean, it sounds like getting implants all over the face will be visible, and might result in you being ousted. People in your will definitely start asking questions. Also, people differ with their POV to plastic surgery. I for one would feel cheated if it turned out that a girl I ended up with was frauded to the core, hence our kids would be just plain ugly.

If you go for a minor gradual improvements, I think that not many would seem to care. Is that even a thing? Like, a gradual jaw implant surgery? Im scared of getting an implant and good results, only to be burned by people around me, and my history.

Bonus: I got LL surgery, 2 inches on the tibias. Some people in my life had noticed the change, but nobody questioned me where did it come from. I was able to BS my way out of it. Still, If it was 3-4 inches, there is just simply no way in hell to hide it.

Very few people change their faces significantly to the point where their front profiles especially are unrecognisable. Odds are no one will even be able to tell you had surgery, unless very uncanny.

Most implants are not that noticeable.

Softmaxxing is 10x more noticeable and will take off the attention from the shit you've done.

People here overestimate surgery and how much it does due to frauded results. It's more subtle, but at the same time harder to get right than what most ppl think.

Sure, I had this on my mind. But truth is that if you look better, you look better, despite your thoughts that everyone will be talking about you being a fraud 24/7. People just don't care that much, especially if you're not a weirdo about it...

That you just have to accept ngl. But the line for what is considered "frauded" and what is "real" is very nuanced so it falls into subjectivity.

LL is a bit more tricky because it falls closer to the umbrella of obvious differences, specially 3+ inches as you said. But I think you can get away with it, specially if you're smart before and gradually increase shoe lifts' sizes until you're close to 1 inch of your LL height. Besides, you can just fraud shit/good posture to take away the attention at first.

I think that most people won't be able to recognize that big of a change. Most normal people don't even know what causes you to look good. If someone gets implants, I would assume most people won't even be able to tell exactly what made him more attractive.

I knew some people in real life who were not blackpilled at all who got surgeries, and they just owned up to it, and everyone forgot about it in a week. It's really not that big of a deal that you think it is. But I think it's for the better to fraud it.
