Dealing with surgery and social life

How would you go about telling people you’re close to about your surgeries? Or would you?

Personally, my plan is to leave my country for a few months to a year, come back, and it will be like I just grew up. Is this feasible?

Surgery is very stigmatized especially within my family and friends. It would not be something I want to inform people about.

Anyone have any thoughts or have experienced a similar situation with their surgeries?

only tell close family like parents literally nobody else. unless you're doing some crazy shit like tripod or obo you could just sum it all up to "late bloomer" or some shit like that it's pretty believable.

just be honest tell them the truth about your insecurities and how you feel i think even normies understand why you want to be pretty
