The healthcare isn't great. I'm glad I have a local family physician, but a lot of the doctors and nurses are FOBS that barely speak any English.

Its the same with basically every public service in Canada, restaurants, university staff including professors, hotels, ubers. Even in rural areas. You cannot escape the FOBpill .

Canadian cities and infrastructure also pale in comparison to America. American cities just look more modern and aesthetically pleasing.

and yes, the weather sucks except during the summer.
