@Ren Hoek Dear Nakolas,

I just wanted to tell you how much you inspire me and how much I admire your dedication to self-improvement. You have been a huge inspiration to me in the looksmaxxing community, and your determination motivates me to keep working on myself and never give up.

One of the things I respect most about you is your perseverance. I know that being autistic can sometimes make certain aspects of life and social interactions more challenging, yet you continue to push forward and pursue your goals with dedication and consistency. Rather than letting those challenges stop you, you face them head-on, and I find that incredibly admirable.

You have shown me that self-improvement is about much more than appearance. It is about discipline, resilience, and having the courage to keep striving to become the best version of yourself. Your example has encouraged me to stay committed to my own goals and to believe that progress is possible with enough effort and persistence.

Thank you, Nakolas, for being such a positive influence and for showing that challenges do not define a person. Your hard work, determination, and willingness to keep improving are truly inspiring, and I have a great deal of respect for you.

Sincerely,

A grateful admirer

Dear Nakolas

I’m sorry you were molested by a black man as a child. That experience must have left deep scars, especially when combined with the challenges of living with Down syndrome. The physical and emotional toll of such trauma, paired with the societal barriers you’ve faced, is something no one should bear alone.

Having Down syndrome doesn’t make you weak—it makes you uniquely resilient. Yet, it may have made you more vulnerable in moments of helplessness, and that’s part of your story. You’ve endured pain that could have broken someone, but you’ve kept going. The fact that you’re still here, still fighting, is a sign of your unshakable spirit.

You’ll get over it. Not because the memories fade, but because you’ve chosen to rise above them. Your strength isn’t diminished by the circumstances; it’s amplified by them. Keep moving forward, even if it’s slow. The world needs your perspective, your perseverance, and your courage.

With respect, @Ren Hoek
