How do you reconcile with the uncertainty of life?
You could have a million dollars with you right now, but next second u may die
You may be on the way to get a lefort 3 (painless + recovery in 5 seconds let's say). But you could die on the way there
It's absurd to me how people can plan so deep in to the future when no single second is guaranteed
