My neck looks cooked on sum candids of me

It resembles smth like this, but looks even smaller cuz of my wider/bigger skull

Gonna start hittin neck this week

Its something i've put of for years, but now i feel like i really need it

How many inches would u say could be gained in 1-2 months

What do you mean put off just grab a weight and start doing some neck curls :lul:

he has forward head posture, it wont go away only from training neck u have to teach it to stay in the correct position like chin tucks

My neck was like this guy then the red line was after 2 months but I was also eating up and my bf% went up so that contributes to it too

When i said put off i meant like putting it off cuz i felt it was not needed at the time, its not a laziness problem

Yea, and it takes such a short time to see results aswell

I am considering chin tucks aswell

Do u have any idea on how often i should do it aswell as reps and sets?
not sure but should be easy to find online

make sure to also train ur SCM muscles (its the neck muscle that holds ur head up straight, it doesnt get trained during neck curls and other neck exercises)

also dont slouch when ure on pc

also if ur neck posture is caused by anterior pelvic tilt, then u wont be able to fix it to a 100%
