if so what was it like and did it make you value your life more or less?

i really need a reason to not fucking die rn

i remember my grandma getting the gas bill and wondering why it was so high
then a guy came to see turns out there was a gas leak for a few days
so just a bit of fire would have caused our house to burn
but it was easter so there was no need to cook or anything

I once traversed a snowfield while mountaineering. It was esrly summer so imhad no crampons or ice axe or anathing obviously. And i almost slipped down that shit cuz i didn't kick in a step properly. I would have uncontrollably slid down 50mmeters of icy death slide and then come to an abrupt stop.

From the outside you could not have seen a single thing. I just felt my foot slip a centimeter or something and i only realized a few seconds later i almost slipped to my inevitable death.
