How can i overcome my fear of death. I have been strugling with this most of my life. I just cant imagine not existing. Does anyone else feel the same?

everyone and everything will die that is the way it is

honestly when you start thinking about yourself in context of universe that fear of dying kinda disapears, but it may make you nihilist so its like cognitive hazard xd

Success is determined by present pleasure. However, you can't act in the present, only the near future because action only occurs across time. The only source of pleasure is the past acting in a selfless, altruistic act. Dying does not actually affect your success, then. If you did, your past miscalculation would not be accounted for, and you have no reason to care about anything further than what affects your present. This means that death does not matter as long as you don't consider anything post-mortem.
