Hmmm I'd say there is a higher quantity of stuff we can know, for example what lies in the universe etc using science.

However we can not know questions of quality such as is there a God, which is why you need faith to believe in one.

Yes, I was born into the religion my father wasn’t into Christianity as much as my mother. Many things changed as I grew up and I was strayed away from God multiple times. Yes I practice the religion deeply but us as humans (not perfect) we tend to get strayed from God and tempted countless times.
