How do I format color?
Put color in the text. Thats what I meant. You can click the thre dots thingy next to the italics option. I made some guides too, and my muscle insertions guide got way more engagement without too much tagging cause I put coloe in the text. Also check if your guide is readable in light mode if you use color. Mine didnt work properly in light mode and unfortunately I couldnt edit it by the time I got to know

The Quick & Simple Plan: How can I debloat? (NOT FOR BULKING)
Debloating can seem like a super complicated thing with many steps but it's not. To ensure you debloat, you must follow this quick guide everyday.
1. Morning (Meal & drink)
Wake up in the morning and consume a natural diuretic which will slim your face down (green tea, coffee). After that you want to drink 2 bottles of water. For the fuckards that want breakfast, none for you.
2. Snack
Your snack will be two bananas and your choice of prime. 'Prime tastes like shit and has processed sugar!' I know. I know. Still a great way to debloat with 700mg of potassium and 25 calories. After you consume your prime and bananas, take your first potassium pill.
3. Lunch
Wow boyo, its lunch! You can finally eat a meal! Eat sweet potatoes cooked any kind served with avocado and steak (just steak no seasoning for hardcore or sauces). After your done eating, take your last potassium pill and consume your second prime.
4. Walk
Take a 1 hour walk to burn those calories. Simple as that.
4. Dinner
Dinner is simple. Eat sweet potatoes with steak, chicken, or any other meat of your choice (just any other meat with no sauce or seasoning)
5. Walk (Optional)
To make sure you really burn those calories just walk for another hour optionally.
6. Sleep

Sleep at 9PM on your back and nose breathe and that's it.
Wow debloating is so easy and just do this for 1-4 days for the best results.

Even then, people should be telling you what could be better. It aint the worst guide. I have seen legit clickbait shit and this guide is much better in comparison
