ur probably gonna have to use cream to hide it

there is no way to permanently fix genetic eyeballs without any surgical intervention other then filler.

you have 3 options

filler - non surgical

lower bleph - surgical

fat graft - surgical


not including orbital rim implants because most of the time they get botched and you need a combination of fat grafts anyway to get rid of eye bags.
