optimal way to lose weight and debloat in 2 weeks? not fat just wanna look good for a cruise in 2 weeks so I can get some pussy on it. Not fat or anything just need best way to debloat just to be sure. routine rn is weight lifting then 45 min stairmaster session after lmk what else i should do or change

I wish for all us bloaters to debloat one day and ascend to the skies

a study i saw says that lifting weights makes you more bloated facially. if you are looking to debloat keep doing cardio, stop consuming a lot of sodium, eat better food and drink more water its not that hard

Then i look skinny asf and chicks do not like their men looking like fucking pencils
 
Water/starve fast, depending on your BF%. Eating healthier won't have much change in 2 weeks time unless under 1000 cal diet.

This but IMO don’t eat calories you’ll lose a shit tone of muscle if you eat and don’t get enough protein. Just water fast with electrolytes (potassium chloride and salt). You will fell 0 hunger after 2/3 days. When real hunger returns do a small refeed and repeat. You won’t lose any more muscle than compared to normal standard deficit due to when being fasted, there’s the increase in gh so you retain your muscle mass. Just don’t consume ANYTHING other than water salt and potassium otherwise it will interfere with metabolic processes and autophagy. You can still be active with the electrolyte water. Get some steps in and you can lose 1lbs a day.
