It won't kill you, but I think it's kinda overkill. Debloating your face comes down to 3 primary factors: Good potassium-sodium ratio, low inflammatory foods, moderate-to-low carbohydrates.

A typically ideal sodium to potassium ratio is 1:2, 2 being potassium, since RDI for sodium is around 2300mg this means that you need to consume about 4600mg of potassium/day, the diet you described doesn't actually meet these requirements but gets really damn close to it, you're probably meeting it anyway from the other foods you eat per day, but I honestly think you could achieve the same thing without having to consume 6 damn bananas.

For instance, this is how much potassium I got today:

Spinach has a shit ton of potassium (#2 main contributor to my intake today), oranges have a shit ton of potassium, beef has a shit ton of potassium (#3 main contributor to my intake today), basically every vegetable, fruit or animal product has potassium in some capacity. But if you truly want the best bang for your buck, just drink coconut water.
