Just recently started a low sodium diet with plentiful amounts of water and I’m not seeing much results. How long should I expect before seeing it work?

Could masseter training reduce the appearance? When I bite down I have hollow cheeks

nah don't use for 1 or 2kg, just do like 1000 calorie deficit for 2 weeks or 3 weeks and you will drop 2kg. plus do 10000 steps

Some people just store fat differently. Even when I get to 20 percent I still look lean, but my lower stomach is fat. Not much help but could help you when you wonder why you have abs but still are bloated
