FUROSEMIDE VS TORSEMIDE
Furosemide and Torasemide are both loop diuretics (water pills). They help the kidneys flush out extra water and salt through urine to relieve swelling and ease the workload on the heart.
Overall is Furosemid more safe to take and has less sides then Torsemide.
But if an important event is coming up, torasemide makes more sense because it is more potent and flushes water faster then Furosemide.
( yes chat helped me with that )

Key Differences
| Feature | Furosemide | Torsemide |
| Dose Strength | 40 mg standard dose | 10 mg (roughly 4 times stronger) |
| Absorption | Unpredictable (absorbed differently day to day) | High and very reliable |
| Food Effect | Take on an empty stomach (food lowers absorption) | Take with or without food (food makes little difference) |
| Duration | Short (4 to 6 hours) | Long (12 to 18 hours) |
| Action Profile | Sudden, strong "burst" of urination | Smooth, steady fluid release over time |
