Bloating is ruining my life. I literally go from an 8/10 to a 5/10 when I’m bloated.
I weigh 59 kg for 1.80 m at 17 years old.
I’ve tried various methods. At first, I thought I had too much body fat, so I went down to 56 kg, but my face was still bloated and I felt extremely tired. I was frequently having fainting spells lasting around 30 seconds.
My bloating appears the second I eat anything, even if it’s just a banana or plain meat with no added spices or oil. My face swells up immediately.
I tried a 3:1 diet and still had bloating. I tried eplerenone and still had bloating. I also completely cut out sodium and ate only rice and chicken breast for 3 weeks. I noticed my face got slightly leaner, but I still didn’t get hollow cheeks.
I’m not “face-depleted,” because two years ago I had hollow cheeks, and at that time I was eating processed foods and a lot of carbohydrates.
Can someone help me? Or should I just switch to strong diuretics like furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide?
(I sleep 7–8 hours a day and I don’t drink alcohol.)
