I've been trying all these cope debloat methods for months now.

However, I've been eating this food for the past two weeks, and it has worked every time.

The debloating is so quick that I debloat while I'm still eating it!!

I'd even say that it mogs furosemide for short-term debloating (<= 4 hours).

What is it, you may ask?
Well, you need to bypass the Anti-Lurker Defense Mechanism (ALDM) first:

It's LoSalt!

I know what you're thinking. "muh it's just table salt with 1/3rd of the sodium content, how does it debloat?":incel:

Well, look at the nutritional information:
IMG 8749

The sodium has been replaced with potassium chloride.

Perfect!

So by ingesting LoSalt, you're consuming potassium and sodium at a 3:1 ratio, which is near ideal for debloating.

I sprinkle my meals with this and I swear the debloat is near-instant. I try to pinch my cheeks while eating but I can't.

Another better, yet more expensive alternative I've just opted for, is No-Salt.
Same idea, just with no sodium at all, only potassium chloride and acidity regulators.

Acidity regulators don't affect testosterone levels or anything important so no need to worry!
My No-Salt should arrive this week. I expect the same results as with LoSalt, but better.

I've seen LoSalt mentioned once or twice on the forum before, but I haven't seen anyone use or report on it.

It's incredible! A must for all you bloatcels out there struggling to keep hollow cheeks all year round!

[/HIDETHANKS]

I've never seen anything quite like it, it mogs every single debloating method out there!

I hope you take action!

fun fact:
potassium nitrate is used as a powerful diuretic in farm animals such as pigs and cows.
it used to be administered as a diuretic for humans too, until doctors realised it caused cancer and heart problems.

i may try it just to report on it here

What is a combination of your debloats methods that worked until now? Other than the 3:1 potassium chloride, furosemide and water intake?

literally it tbh.
the rest is cope.

topical caffeine is legit to fight alcohol bloat.
alcohol bloat is a different kind of bloat, it's vasodilation. Caffeine induces vasoconstriction, especially when applied topically.

i noticed that when i have a high sodium diet i get really bloated, but if i mantain the high sodium diet for days the bloat goes away. Idk why this occurs but i think its important to mantain a constant sodium intake. I will try caffeine tomorrow, but doesnt it dehydrates?

yep, maintaining a stable sodium intake helps to get rid of bloat. your body just needs time to adjust for the first few days.

caffeine does not dehydrate. unlike what it is said all over the internet, caffeine is not a diuretic. However, it does lower plasma sodium levels when consumed orally.

you shouldn't need caffeine if you're not suffereing from chronic vasodilation. you can try, but it won't do much.

I don't think going very low sodium is a good idea.
You need some sodium especially if you are doing like fasting for a long period of time. e.g OMAD or 16-8 and also drinking a lot of water.
I think the lo Salt is good because it does contain a bit of sodium.
The other one with 0 sodium not so good actually.

It's the potassium/sodium ratio that matters so if you increase potassium intake you should be able to eat some salt without being bloated

yeat but ideal ratio is 4:1.
so with NoSalt you can afford to eat foods with sodium in them and still get to that ideal ratio!!
