Debloat isn’t working no matter how little I eat

I’ve researched this stuff but I am looking for a more specific answer for my situation

What I am currently doing:
Debloating before I hop on 200 test. I am very skinny, 5’9, 130lbs. I take Focalin for appetite suppression, say what you want about it but it works better than Adderall for me. I basically fast all day, besides (sometimes) a banana or two in the morning.

My water intake is steady, drinking like 8-9 water bottles a day (I forget the oz but the normal sized ones you usually see).

My dinner is inconsistent and ik that’s obviously not good. Some days I’ll make some chicken and rice with a salad and another day I throw down some chili. Been cutting out fast food for the most part cuz of my kidney stones.

Started 10-20 mins of light cardio right after I wake up. It’s something at least, but icl I don’t know how consistent I’ll keep this.

I also was supplementing micro nutrients but had to pause because I passed 2 kidney stones. Specific micros can add to kidney stones if you don’t take them right, which I was taking them in the morning on an empty stomach.

My issue is I look worse than before, I look fatter in the face. My water intake used to be bad; been about 2ish weeks of steady intake.

What I need help with:
Supplements: what to take and when, I barley eat, so I am very vitamin deficient.

Cardio: do I even need it and if so how often?

Diet: generally speaking, what should I be eating? I have no appetite so literally almost anything do, but preferably speaking, I’m looking for quick and easy to put down. Also how often should I be eating?

What else could I be doing to make this actually work? I’m really hoping for some results here.
 
Probably horrendous fat distribution, nothing much you can do about it, bit if its water, try taking eplerenone or spironolactone

Really? Well there definitely is something I can do about that, there’s like bucal fat removal surgeries and I’m sure many others to remove fat. I’ll look into it but I definitely have face fat like it looks like it’s losable.

buccal fat removal, uc, diuretics, 40 pounds weight loss - all i did to get pretty lean facially, and I had the exact issue as you did. Now ppl tell me sometimes that I’m too lean facially lol
 
U needa hit the gym and forget abt debloating. 130 pounds is too light. Ur gonna hospitalize urself

start giga dosing dandelion tea 5 cups a day if it doesnt work hop on furosemide
