is there any other way to de list other than drinking a ton of water and looking after my diet?

lose weight and drink coffee in the morning and do excercise to stimulate the lymphatic system, drink a good amount of water and sleep with your head elavated and don’t eat too much salt. Almost everything else is cope.

Besides drinking around 3L+ of water every day and maintaining a clean diet, which I'm assuming if your trying to debloat is lowering processed food intake, and increasing potassium, decreasing salt, carb, and sodium intake (BUT NOT TO THE POINT OF COMPLETELY GETTING RID OF IT) the next thing you haven't listed is a form of cardio, now I'm not sure if sprinting or walking would be better, but if I were you I would take at least 30 - 45 minutes for a walk every day.

furosemide and eplerenone , potassium and magnesium supplements , caffeine, inclined treadmill walk and hit the sauna
