Ja but first u need to realize bloating (or water retention) happens when ur body holds on to extra fluid, making u feel puffy and uncomfortable. Luckily for u there are some solutions to this (ts gonna sound water but better then nothing ig)
Regulate Sodium Intake
Excess salt causes water retention by messing ur bodys fluid balance. Reducing processed foods and seasoning with herbs instead of salt can help u keep ideal hydration levels.
Stay hydrated
Ja drinking plenty of water helps ur body flush out excess fluids. Dehydration triggers the body to hold onto water, so consistent hydration is key.
Eat Natural Diuretics
Foods like cucumbers, celery, parsley, watermelon and lemon have mild diuretic properties that encourage fluid elimination.
Exercice
Exercise boosts circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping ur body remove retained water more effectively
Manage Hormonal Fluctuations
For many ppl bloating is caused by hormonal cycles. So reduce ur stress and eat well.
LIMIT Carbs
Notice I said limit and not muh remove? High-carb food cause ur body to store more glycogen, which binds water. Moderating carbs can reduce this effect.
Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine Excess
While moderate caffeine may have a diuretic effect, excessive consumption and alcohol can lead to dehydration and fluid retention.
Try Supplements
Magnesium, vitamin B6, dandelion and ginger supplements have shown to reduce bloating and water retention.
(Can I have the solution?)
