Is running medium distances such as 5kms the strat for debloating and loosing face fat ? I find after I have ran consistently for a few weeks my face does look less bloated but I also see people saying that it’ll eventually give u “runners” face in the long run.

you cant loose fat on specific spots, the only thing you can do for that is surgery, what u can do is loose fat overall trough a calorie deficit. debloating with running isnt nearly as good as people make it seem, i would still recomend it to everyone though. if u wanna debloat and loose face fat, go on a keto diet minimize salt intake and go in a calorie defictit

Do you recon my bloated look may also be down to me being only 16 so it could still just be “baby fat” that I could loose soon naturally

ofc its possible, but it is more likely that u are just build that way

just hop on a calorie deficit until you are satisfied with your look then lean bulk to rebuild the mass but in muscle (in terms of your full body) there's no "debloat method" that will locally hit ur face, but overall ofc doing cardio such as running can help, if you do it on a treadmill put the incline on 15 and it'll make losing fat easier

Bruh I’m already at like 12 to 15 percent body fat
