Is drinking a lot of water, more potassium- less sodium gonna be enough to debloat?

-Cant buy diuretics
- How much water
- When am I gonna notice results to see if it works
- I usually eat bananas for potassium but I doubt thats enough. Am I right?

People praise debloating but it’s really not that good and only works if you have an electrolyte imbalance.

Drink 2 or 3L water everyday. If you notice water retention in addition or instead of bloat, do not drink less water, but you could take dandelion root or other natural diuretics to flush water retention out.

You'll see actual results in a few weeks I'd guess, only if done right though.

You do not, and should not, simply have more potassium and less sodium. A super low amount of sodium is not healthy and a super high amount of potassium is not healthy either, but what is healthy for all is a 4:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio everyday. Make sure to measure the sodium and potassium in your whole-food diet (without supplementing potassium at all), and you're golden.
