I’m 17 years old, 180 cm tall, and weigh 59 kg. I still feel bloated all the time, even though my diet is very simple. I mostly eat a small amount of rice and meat, with some LoSalt sprinkled on my food (it contains a 3:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio). Why am I still bloated?
I get good sleep and I don’t drink alcohol.

you are either fat or boneless

180 cm TALL? You mean 180cm short.

The problem is face fat, perhaps babyfat

ur probably not lean despite your low weight
I’ve already gone down to 57 kg. I felt terrible and even fainted sometimes, yet I was still bloated. I think losing more weight would just increase my cortisol from food-related stress

He means you probably have no muscle, you could be underweight but still have a somewhat high bf%
