your face won't debloat if you're overweight

you will look slightly leaner in the face but it depends a lot on how much visceral fat is actually in your face. Stop being a p$ssy and go on a more aggressive cut so you can actually notice a difference because at this rate you will only lose around 1kg a month. it also depends on your muscle too because if you dont have much muscle and are 78kg that means you are fat af and defo need an aggressive cut

it still will make a difference but losing fat is still definietly way more important
