Is there any tips how to debloate under the age of 18 (teen) my face is getting puffy more everyday and I feel it I don’t even weigh much tho and it’s really annoying I really need help to get that fat out of my face

just drink walmart coconut milk, eat bananas, and buy a prayer mat, bow your head really far down to circulate blood and say "Dear gandy debloat me"
