Drink plenty of water, go on long runs, and also short burst sprints (30 second sprint, 4 min breaks and 6 sets) also increase your potassium intake (I personally used bananas) and be physically active everyday and do resistance exercises like pushups and situps and squats, and also add pull-ups. Hope this isn't too muchMirin. How did you do it?
