Debloating Guide:
1. Cut out unnecessary sugars (fruits don't count) and reduce sodium intake; Both cause bloating.
2. Sweating removes excess water which causes bloating, this is temporary though, so make sure you're also regularly exercising/jogging.
3. Make sure you're getting enough potassium, eating potassium rich foods like bananas reduces bloat. Body Armor Lyte is also a very good option.
4. Drink lots of water (most important).
5. Ascend.
