So, I have been taking diuretics before important events (job interview, school picture day, party, yubo hookups, etc.)

And it ALWAYS ascends me by ~1 psl. I don't get hollow cheeks or anything, but I just look better. Much better.

Anyways, thats the only thing that I've found working for me. All the other cope like "less carbs, less sodium" and shit doesn't work for me.

What other stuff I can do to look like I am on diuretics 24/7??

Also don’t take diuretics ur gonna destroy ur kidneys. More bodybuilders have died from diuretics then steroid abuse
