Debloating before dates

Even when relatively lean I notice sometimes my face will bloat after eating a high carb or sodium meal. Usually fasting and caffeine helps a bit but I can’t fast before every date.

Is there any stack that can be run to debloat before dates? Is it safe to run Furosemide 2-3x a week before dates to debloat? Or should I up my water intake and cut sodium before dates? Any good diuretics that can be used?

maybe try water cutting mma/wrestling style. It should definitely work jfl.

Just show up to a date having dry fasted for 16+ hours, u be fine

My answer is for Facial Debloating, as avoiding facial bloating is another topic

1. Be in a Caloric Defecit for the day (at worst at Maintenance). If you are bulking, face is gonna be more bloated than it would be if cutting. The day of the date you should slightly ease up on carbs (eat 10-20% less Carbs than usual) but you don't want to shock your body into thinking it has no carbs to convert to energy -- that will actually cause you to bloat.

2. Drink a lot of Water (I drink 2 gallons daily) & mix in 1 or 2 electrolyte packs. When we are dehydrated or we ate a high sodium meal the natural response is for the body to hold onto water. Giving your body water + electrolytes tells it to release the water.

3. Add Potassium supplement (2000mg) if you had a high sodium meal that day. Potassium is an antagonist to sodium.

4. Ice Pack on the face. I started doing this in the morning after I watched Patrick Bateman do it in American psycho. I also ice my face for 10 minutes right before I go for a date or go out for the night. THIS SHIT WORKS.

5. Add in a few natural diuretics such as ginger, parsley, and caffeine pills. DO NOT TAKE DANDELION ROOT EXTRACT THAT SHIT DOES NOT WORK. Also go for a run (if it's hot & humid) or go for a Sauna (if possible) maybe 1hr before you go out. The goal is to sweat out any toxins.

6. I've never used it before but I will be getting a Furosemide script soon from my TRT clinic, as I told them I was struggling with facial bloating. My doctor is chill as fuck and basically gives me whatever lol so if you have this option I would go for it. Furosemide is a loop diuretic, meaning it has a rebound effect the next day (you will be bloated AF). I would recommend only using this if you really look bloated as shit or really need to look good, or both.

Both,
just cut off starchy carbs + sodium and eat at maintaiance,
Drink a lot of water.
Caffeine can work on date but only for small moment, then water retention will back bigger,

thats what I would like recommend worked best for me

In my case doing low or no carb has me looking leaner by night

Real answer is once you are giga shredded there is less subcutaneous fat in the face to even store water in so you rarely can even have bloat so to speak
