I know everyone on here thinks debloating doesn’t have a singular defined method that works, however for the past two weeks I can tell a major difference in bloat and puffiness. Long story short for you DNRD fucks but basically it’s low(er) sodium intake, low carb and near zero sugar if possible (basically stave off ketosis and cycle carbs before a workout), high protein (1 gram per lb minimum), medium fat, and keep potassium high, thyroid in check, good water/clean fluid intake, and good sleep. Literally becoming night and day and I’ve only lost about 2lbs in this time.
Could be my usage of GHK-CU in PBS but that’s basically the only other thing. Also the guy was right, pores are smaller, hair feels better but not drastically.
