Debloating genuinely works

I know everyone on here thinks debloating doesn’t have a singular defined method that works, however for the past two weeks I can tell a major difference in bloat and puffiness. Long story short for you DNRD fucks but basically it’s low(er) sodium intake, low carb and near zero sugar if possible (basically stave off ketosis and cycle carbs before a workout), high protein (1 gram per lb minimum), medium fat, and keep potassium high, thyroid in check, good water/clean fluid intake, and good sleep. Literally becoming night and day and I’ve only lost about 2lbs in this time.

Could be my usage of GHK-CU in PBS but that’s basically the only other thing. Also the guy was right, pores are smaller, hair feels better but not drastically.

Some times It happen like It doesnt somehow kick start. Would advice to eat a week Little to no sodium and drink a lot of water during that week

I mean to be fair i ate a fuckton of sodium. Like ALOT that week, or that month in general.

And right after I popped 120 mg lasix I ate spam, which is known for having very high sodium.

Next time I’ll try again when I stop consuming so much sodium

I don’t think the lasix was fake though since it did make me pee a lot, I guess it’s because I’m consuming too much sodium

Yeah it’s not the Lasix being fake it’s the sodium consumption that’s the problem. Legit next to 0 sugar weekly and under 1G daily. Literally salt is in everything and most of my daily consumption of from an avocado for lunch that I mash with a small packet of salt, pepper, and lemon juice

I started eating extremely clean, two Fairlife or Lean Body protein shakes, 1-2 baked chicken breasts (or 1 breast/1 thigh), a mini plain bagel to avoid ketosis, 1-2 medium avocados with just some sea salt/pepper, mashed sweet potato, and occasionally some chia seed pudding/random health food, also random carbs before and after workout. Under 1600 cals a day, going from 190 at 20 ish percent to 168 at 10% before I blast some roids. Also totally sober, no alcohol no weed etc.

yeah your probally right I was really depressed and just started binge eating candy and whatever I could eat.

next time I’ll get my diet back to normal and pop the lasix again

Bro lasix is dangerous too you need to be lowish BF% and have proper electrolytes or you’ll mess with your heart in a bad way. Just literally eat less than a G of salt a day, double or even out the potassium with some supplements and reevaluate, you’ll be good

I’m pretty sure 15 percent is enough for it to work, but yea I’m prolly playing around with my body too much

Yeah 15% is definitely good for it. My point being you can’t be super high BF% and expect hollows from it. And no keep fighting genetics, only way to win

yeah for sure. I don’t even want hollows ngl I js want a lean face overall.

I even injected fat dissolvers a few weeks ago lmfao. haven’t seen noticeable results yet but I gotta wait a lil more

I’ve done keto before, prefer carbs prior to and after workouts than running off ketones and fat. Keto isn’t bad but I don’t think long term it’s truly sustainable for most, but basically lightly modified it’s perfect
