Debloating in the short run is a pretty simple process

1. Drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day because retention in your cheeks ruins your face even if you’re lean
2. Reduce sodium intake, the more sodium you consume the more your body retains water leading to bloating and puffiness.
3. Dont eat anything you are intolerant to, why be retarded ?
4. Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and fast food. Only exception is Popeyes (hence the user) being lean good comes at a price.
5. Do high intensity cardio in short intervals and focus on sweating as much as possible.

I be drinking 3 litres of water and I do HIIT workouts as well as strength training but I just still look so bloated. my body fat isn't that much but I'll admit I do have some fat but I thought it's normal
