Over the counter water pills don't really do shit for me. I tried them in desperation before to see if they would work. They didn't. Only super super strong diuretics work for me but low carb diet is way better because those medications overwork your kidneys.

How are you asymmetrical (particularly at least) or particularly boneless? You look mostly normal.
