Drinking that much coconut water daily can result in hyperkalemia or mineral imbalance/death, especially combined with significant milk.

Too much of a good thing can be bad as well, do well to remember that. Nothing is always perfectly "good" or "bad" in endless degrees.

Nobody really needs excess minerals non-stop, it's something your body should tell you if you are strongly self aware.

Even milk, good, carbs, protein, etc. You don't autistically have to eat 'X' or 'Y' checklist, diet, etc. daily, just go by cravings/common sense.

I crave sugary drinks, I drink them. I want protein? Burger, lamb, etc. I want fat? Oils, butters, etc. Minerals? Fruit, juices, dairy, etc.

Point is you don't have to eat/drink the exact same thing every day to your detriment, or for muh "discipline." Do what you want, that's mostly what's right for you, not following shit just for the sake of trying to stick with something you don't even really wanna do in the first place.
