should be fine obviously eat less sodium and drink a shit ton of water like 8+ 16.9 oz water bottles a day but you can take diuretics too

Honestly, I have tried all of this doesn't make much of a difference, get to 12% body fat, then you don't need to do all of this if you have good facial leaness.
