what do i take to debloat, and how to lose fat because i cannot stand on a treadmill so anything else that i can do for cardio?

i’m bulking rn so i can’t do caloric deficit
thats even better
just eat low cals but high protein
but always before going out

do walks + gym

but for face fat i genuinely think the only situation is a CD
as its unhealthy fat inside your face not healthy fat that quickly dissolves

i usually take very long walks its been burning fat pretty fast

100% gonna start doing this
try 17km first
then once a week do 30 to 40km
also very intense cal deficit
1,500 cals ONLY
(usually chew gum to calm cravings)

10/15k steps daily mogs. Eat mainly meat, eggs, fish, oysters. Drink a lot and consume caffeine to debloat faster (coffee, energy drinks. You should notice improvements in 1~2 weeks. (If u have some cravings just drink water or consume some fruits like strawberries)
