How do I debloat naturally? Today I hit cardio for 30 minutes (10 treadmill + 20 bike). I've been eating 2 bananas every day, there is no coconut water in Greece. Tell me any foods that are high in potassium but are also decent price. For example prime here costs 4 euro and I can't buy that everyday. Any other tips to debloat asap? And please tell me if there are methods. Also tell me foods that are high in sodium so I can cut it out :feelswhy::blackpill:
 
Just take potassium pills if anything, also you can legit just read what foods have lots of salt but it's not that deep

Don’t/barely eat carbs, fruits don’t count. Eat in a deficit. Don’t eat salty foods. Exercise. Tbh bananas are cope imo cause their just upset your stomach and make you bloated.

you have to be on a strict diet to properly debloat if you dont have insane bone structure
