Guys i know what im gonna say here might seriously get me banned. What i found to be the ultimate way to be debloated for a couple of hours is literally not eating for a day, ive always been skinny and minimally prone to bloat and can get really insecure on some days. Basically bloat is just fat on your face and neck, for people who say its water retention, you are right, but that water in your face is attatched to fat because for every molecule of fat, 1 molecule is associated with 4 water molecules, you need to basically reach a point where your sodium/potassium, water/fat stores, glucose/insulin and fat/glycogen are completely empty and not reciveving singals from one another. Here is a photo of me after not eating for maybe 1.5 days because i took an adderal.

trust i never look like this when my friends say me they thought i did some filler shit because i always talk anout looks and getting cosmetics done, they believed i got filler even though i diddnt i actually lost overall facial volume because allll the fat on my face disappeared basically ketosis.

not eating for a day sounds extreme. maybe try an overnight fast instead? i tried this before and definitely felt less bloated in the morning after sleeping it off. still not sure if its actually fat but it was an easy way to feel better for a few hours lol.

Its not extreme muslims do it as a way of prayer everyday so its fine, not eating for a whole day can be hard this is why taking stimulants helps, im just saying i dont want any people to get ideas because for me this is very easy to do im already very skinny and can get the cosmetic affect for a few hours only by fasting a day, other people would need more and that would just be anorexia. If someone fat wants to loose weight, the only way is ketosis, basically calorie deficit, no majic smothie or bread will burn your fat, you would need to skip a meal or two.
