So what are your recommendations for daily sodium intake, potassium intake and the amount of water to debloat well? Also, what's the best natural diuretic? I'm thinking about two options: Coffee or Dandelion root? I guess dandelion root is better, right? Since caffeine increases cortisol and dandelion doesn't. do you recommend taking natural diuretics daily?
