How can I actually debloat if I eat a lot of carbs? I’m 5’11 19 years old and I’m eating around 280 carbs a day cause I’m on a cut but I cannot debloat, I’m 14-15% body fat. I drink a lot of water and I eat spinach, bananas and all that and I limited my sodium intake. Is it because I’m on a cut and have high carbs or what? When I was eating like 90-100g of fats daily I looked better in the face but now just my body looks better and I eat 99% clean. Also I eat a lot of carbs in the morning(oats with whey, banana, frozen fruits, black chocolate and walnuts) and for pre workout I have semolina with protein pudding so I’m not sure if that affects something…

First of all, there is no need to eat so many carbs, you don't need them nearly as much as you think you do. Second of all, if you want a fast debloat, do your research on Diuretics such as Furosemide
