Debloating

I tried everything to get rid of my chubby cheeks. I tried to lose fat, to debloat but nothing ever worked. Maybe i just didn’t debloat in the right way, i really dk. I’m at around 15%bf but i have a fat face. Either i’m boneless and hopeless or i still have baby fat. I’m 14 but i have no armpit hair and some of my teeth still have to fall. This is me (i know the second photo has a filter and i shouldn’t be posting this type of photos on org but it represents perfectly my condition.

You're 14 with teeth still coming in and no armpit hair yet which means you're genuinely still in early puberty. Baby fat is completely real and it hangs around in the face longer than anywhere else. Fat also tends to leave the face last so even at 15% you might just need to get leaner before you see real change there.


Puberty will do more for your face. Bone structure develops, baby fat drops off and faces sharpen up naturally. A lot of guys look completely different at 17 or 18 compared to 14. I look completley different at late teens to what I looked like at 14.

I would

-Keep body fat on the lower end through clean eating
-Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
-Keep sodium intake low to reduce facial puffiness
-Sleep 8-9 hours a night as this alone cuts a lot of face bloat
-Chew mastic gum for 20-30 minutes a day to develop the masseter
-Practice hard mewing by pressing the entire tongue flat against the palate
-Build muscle through a clean bulk to help frame and face. This will make your body fat temporarily higher, but you get the most bone growth.

ur 14 breh it's normal, should go away once ur older and if not look into aqualyx
