I've noticed that:
-when i do keto i'm forced to go heavy on the salt, that leaves me with some water either on my face or midsection(never both), more so sodium overload sometimes leaves me dehydrated MORE as it pulls water out of the cells
-when i autistically make sure to get electrolite ratios perfect using lite salt etc i still hold into some water, as long as i drink still water
-i'm only debloated totally when i satiate my water need with just fruits, without drinking water at all
-even if you make sure to get electro ratios perfect sweat has a different composition to those, therefore it is almost impossible to get them right
I'll try to completely stop drinking water for a a couple of weeks.
