besides the bad scarring, do I look uncanny?

someone told me i look like a cartoon character..

my debloat protocol:

-cut sodium
-potassium supplements
-increased water intake
-drank a lot of black coffee
-cut carbs/sugar
-daily cardio 30 minutes

I also do weight lifting 6-7 days a week. I'm around 12% bodyfat as of now, 85kgs 5'11.

I've just started this protocol 1 week ago. I'll update if anyone cares
