If you have no money for aqualix or surgery look no further because this is the ultimate guide to debloat for free.
Cutting salt out of your diet is essential, because sodium raises fluid retention, which makes your body hold water in instead of flushing it out, and this can make your face look puffy or swollen.
It’s best to avoid sodium if you are trying to debloat, so for example instead of using salt eat your food plain, or replace the salt with an alternative spice with lower sodium.
If you have had salty foods don’t worry, because drinking water through out the day helps your kidneys remove excess sodium, also make sure you have 2 litres of water or more to stay properly hydrated.
Alcohol, in general is one of the worst things for your health, but in this part I am going to talk about how it’s bad for debloating.
Alcohol is a disruptor of sleep, and it dilates your blood vessels, this makes your face puffy, as an additional, your body holds onto water to recover from alcohol.
If you have withdrawals from alcohol, of course you have to have alcohol, but if not just drink water or black coffee.
Having a bad sleep can raise stress hormones and increase puffiness, that’s why you should be having around 7-9 hours of sleep per night, I personally recommend sleeping on your back with your head raised at roughly 10-30 degrees inclined, this benefits you by letting fluid settle in your face overnight.
Walking just 40 minutes a day helps move fluid around your body, helps with fat loss over time, and supports digestion too.
Another thing you can add to walking everyday is training with bodyweight exercises such as pushups and squats, simple bodyweight exercises such as these help with aesthetics in your physique and helps to make your face leaner.
Lymph massaging is a great way to remove puffiness, and debloat quickly, the method of doing this is pretty simple, with your finger use light pressure to stroke from the middle of your face towards your ears, then go down your neck to the clavicles.
Repeat for 2 minutes per morning.
Salty foods, and refined carbohydrates are a massive cause of water retention, what’s best is avoiding processed foods with, especially with seed oils, and also avoiding unhealthy soft drinks.
The best switch would be food like eggs, rice, or stuff like potatoes, and plain vegetables.
Although posture does nothing to debloat your face significantly, a good posture can absolutely make your neck and jaw look more defined.
The posture trick is to slightly pull your chin back, and relaxing your shoulders down and back.
Thank you for reading my post and I hope this post helps
