It's simple (at least for someone ultra high iq like me):
Zach Cox has slayed lots and lots of thick babes with good assess and pretty faces since he was 15 or so. For the past months he got tired of that and wanted to get into a relationship with a girl he could vibe with. This girls isn't high e. high e girls have the brain of a child basically and are overly dramatic and just love drama. So basically he gets a girl he can vibe with (personality matter in ltr duh), who is not high e (he can actually have a decent conversation with her and she isn't overly dramatic), and also very important; Her face looks a lot like his face. It might not be evident on these pictures but if you look at them both in motion (on his youtube channel for example) you can see that their faces are quite similar. similar bone structure, coloring, etc... It is known that we like the most members of the opposite sex with a similar face to our own. Therefore since they are facially very similar she is facially probably like 9/10 for him. and with that all being said she's not ugly at all. These are just bad pictures of her. She's actually quite good looking and even better looking in the eyes of Cox since facially they are, again, similar.
