He would come up with the muh randle cycle, muh carbs are bad and fats are good which is litteraly dumb, just say don't bulk with junk food, seed oils and refined sugars are the cause for metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance other wise whole foods that aren't proccessed are not bad at all your body uses ketones in a fasting state and favors carbs in high intensity excercise/state@Never Get Up debunk this
